ESCALATION PROMOTION
Our Cash Awards Referral Promotion has an Escalation clause for all Rent to Own referrals.
The first cash award you get is $100.00; we double it for the second referral ($200) and
triple it for the third referral, $300!
In addition, when Prospect buys the property you get another $100 at closing.
Cash Out with New Mortgage
2.5% of purchase price to agent
In many cases seller can help with costs, down payments, and seller held second mortgages.
All referral Awards are paid after the applicant has paid all monies needed per guidelines.
We will also arm your office with a page on the website that will have links to:

• Application
• Guidelines
• Company contact info, address, phone, email

Benefits to Home Sellers
- Completed application for all occupants over 18 years old.
- 1st months rent – prorated to move in date
- Security deposit (rent amount plus $50)
- Minimum 12 month lease
- Total household weekly net income must equal 1 months rent amount

- Completed application for all occupants over 18 years old.
- 1st months payment – prorated to move in date
- Security deposit - $100
- Total household weekly net income must equal 1 months rent amount
- Prospects can contact us for other fees and documents for their unique situation, ex: Pet Deposit,
Waterbed Agreement,… - Down payment needed is 3-5%- seller can be flexible and remember we take trades.
- Sub 550 credit score require larger down payments or co-signer
- If applicant can not qualify for a conventional loan at the end of the term seller can carry financing for
up to 25 years.
